Non-caustic cleaning and degreasing Tank Cleaning agent, Alkaleen Liquid Heavy Duty is water based powerful tank Cleaner. RXSOL-20-2005-210 is a superior Heavy duty and highly concentrated Alkaline Cleaner, containing specially selected detergents and powerful long chain organic syndet , specific salts with surfactants & wetting agents . It is low toxic product with an exceptional solvency power on soil & oily matter & having good foaming qualities. It is free from Hydrocarbon solvents, Biodegradable and minimizes the extreme hazards to personnel in handling materials. It is suitable for TANK CLEANING used for cargo hold cleaning after coal and pet coke..
ALKALINE TANK CLEANER FOR CLEANING OF COAL AND VEGETAL OIL TANKS AND BOILERS FIRE SIDE. This product developed for TANK CLEANING and also mostely used for cargo hold cleaning after coal and pet coke.
It can be used as a general purpose cleaner to remove oil and grease deposits.
Using Procedure:
- Recommended concentration for re-circulation cleaning: 5-10%
- Recommended concentration for manual cleaning/spraying: 10 %
First of all flush the system with cold water to prevent evaporation rates and polymerization then the most economical method of using RXSOL-20-2005-HD is by direct injection followed by recirculation washing, using tank cleaning machines.
Spraying method:
Directly spray on the contaminated area and let it act for 5-10 minutes. Then clean the system under high pressure. A solution of 5-10% in fresh water can be used for this purpose also , and may be sprayed on and hosed off using high pressure. Rock and Roll method:-
fill the tank with water (fresh or sea) up to 25 - 30% of its volume then 5–20% (Depend on contamination) RXSOL-20-2005-HD will add , let it stand for approximately 12-24 hours. Then fill with more water to 90% of the tank's capacity. This way the tank will be cleaned by natural agitation due to wave motion. Let for a few days, then drain the tank and ballast-deballast 2-3 times in order to achieve complete and thorough rinse off.
PET COKE CLEANING :-
Deposition and Contamination of coal plays important role during cleaning, For Heavy deposition RXSOL-20-2005-020 can be used concentrated ( without dilution ) Spray the product on entire surface area and let it absorve for 15-20 minutes, then Wash with fresh or sea water. Otherwise it can be diluted up to 5 -10% depends on the deposits and contamination .
Also Suitable for the removal of VEGETABLE / Fish / Animal FATS and Oils from COATED TANKS. Safe to use on stainless steel and alkali resistant coatings (e.g. Epoxy).
This is not suitable for zinc silicate coatings (alkaline cleaner)
