Product Description: 

RXSOL Electrolytic Degreaser for Non Ferrous Metal is a fast acting alkaline immersion cum electrolytic degreaser specially designed to remove various types of gummy oils soils pressed lubricants  grease etc. from ferrous and non ferrous metal surfaces. Electro-cleaning compound designed to remove oils, greases, polishing compounds, carbonaceous soil, shop dirt, and light residues from ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces prior to electroplating, anodizing, phosphating, painting, powder coating, and conversion coatings.

It is formulated with alkaline builders, detergency & anti-redeposition and includes wetting agents, chelants, defoamers, and corrosion inhibitors.

Product Application: 

RXSOL Electrolytic Degreaser Advanced alkaline immersion cum electrolytic degreaser. Electrolytic Degreaser Versatile immersion degreaser for ferrous & non-ferrous metal.

Product Procedure: 

Add 5 to 10 percent powder in Water to get OPTIMUM RESULTS
For Example :::
Add 50 to 100 gram per Ltr
Add 5 to 10 Kg RXSOL Electrolytic Degreaser Powder for 100 Ltr water

Add 50 – 80 Kg RXSOL Electrolytic Degreaser Powder per 1000 L. water  volume.

Tank and heaters should be constructed with mild steel. M.S. tank with heating arrangement. Mechanical agitation or air agitation may be required. For electrolytic degreasing M.S. sheet may be used for Cathode.

RXSOL Electrolytic Degreaser Powder is alkaline in nature. Aprons, gloves, goggles and boots should be used while handling these products. Splashed on the skin should be washed-off with water. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it out with water and obtain medical attention.

DISPOSAL : The waste is strongly alkaline and may be neutralised in the effluent treatment plant by using derusting or pickling waste or by mineral acids. After neutralising, the supernatant liquid may be discharged while the sludge may be dumped under ground.
